We can get to know many guests personally during their trip, some due to the travel destinations only by phone, and in both cases the direct contact is a reliable manner to ensure the satisfaction of the guests and at the same time check the quality of the hotels, restaurants and golf clubs.

Your comment: The hotel is fantastic- but next year we would rather go to the other side of the lake to be closer to golf courses! We had to change the room because we had permanent noises in the evening - probably from the kitchen - so no more guests booked over the kitchen!

The restaurant was also unfavorable - there was only the menu for € 45, i.e. you couldn't eat anything else - and that was also fixed at 19:30 - the bar was closed at the time, ie you had to drive a lot because there is little nearby.

Explanations of the madrigale:

Room very small (especially wardrobe), bathroom even smaller and a "lick" shower.

For breakfast: Despite the terrace, no smoking is possible. Omelett is free of charge, unless you want it with ham, cheese, etc. That costs € 2 extra. Fresh juices are only available for € 5.

Not really 4 stars S. The spa (sauna, etc.) costs € 15 per peron and hour!

Restaurant: In the neighboring pizzeria you can eat better ...

Except for the fantastic view, not recommended.

Your comment: The location of the Hotel Casimiro is perfect and the pool right below on the lake is really super nice.

The hotel itself was too big for us (too many guests) and the breakfast room was more like a large handling hall and the bad mood of the employees at breakfast was almost legendary. That is why we did not use the half board. We didn't feel like seeing the unfriendly employees again in the evening.

The Hotel La Bagnaia was super nice. Very nicely located, nice reception, friendly employees, sensational view into the vastness. Really recommended.

The golf courses were all great. We liked Gardagolf Country Club best. Castelfalfi suffered a bit from the drought, but of course also a great place.

The care by Andre Solandt and his team was great and every question was answered within a very short time and every concern was completed immediately. Top!

Your comment: It was a good decision that we split our Italy vacation, i.e. initially for 7 days in Piedmont in the Villa Carolina department, which we used-because the golf courses are flat-for anchoring. The diversity of the department has something to offer for every taste in terms of activities - in particular, we would like to highlight the high -quality menu range of the restaurant as well as the rich wine list. The restaurants recommended to us outside of the department also fully met our claims. If the golf club was resting, we have made excursions to the Piedmont wine growing areas of the Asti, Barolo etc., where our flavor nerves were required to really enjoy the delicious wines of these regions. In addition to the culinary experiences, we have also devoted ourselves to the cultural sights, such as Alba and Aqui-Terme.

The subsequent 2 week in the Tuscany in the Borgo Castelfalfi was the highlight of our vacation in Italy in every respect. We would like to highlight the top hotel system with regard to your program offers, the restaurant and its high-quality cuisine and the hotel's all-round service. As for golfing, you are rightly challenged because a very hilly mountain course with all its pitfalls is already very concentrated? The Lake Course represents an alternative that can be tackled very relaxed - but is tactically careful to play. The Rosmarino and Rocca restaurants, which are very relaxed outside the hotel, were literally an experience both atmospherically and culinary. We would also like to mention our excursions in Tuscany and the experiences and experiences that cannot be compared with the Piedmont.

As a resume, we come to the conclusion: everything was done correctly, this vacation will always be remembered very positively.

Your comment: The Hotel Acaya is very nice and clean. It is very nicely decorated and the staff (especially at the reception) is very friendly. The food in the hotel is not as good as in the surrounding restaurants. That's why we only ate there once. The golf course is somewhat overgrown. Not so suitable for golferias.

The Hotel Canne Bianche is absolutely perfect. Very nice, family hotel with beautiful furnishings, fine food and beautiful pool system. The beach is clean and well -kept. We can recommend this hotel very well. The San Domenico golf course is very beautiful and is also very suitable for exclusive golfferies.

The Osteria del Porto restaurant in Savelletri is very fine and really recommended. In Torre Canne we can also recommend the Vico Pescatori restaurant.

Hotel, restaurants and drivers as well as the golf courses Les Borromas, Bogogno, Le Robinie were very good.

The golf clubs borrowed from Les Borromas and the BAG had unfortunately come down quite a bit.

The preparation times to tea time were well planned. I like to be at least 30 minutes before teeing on the place to get warm, rent carts, orientate myself and visit the toilet ...

I found a nice gesture the olive oil as a gift. Thanks! Unfortunately, you can't take that on the plane. It even removed it from my abandoned suitcase.

We plan to repeat this trip in the coming year ... a better reference is hardly possible ...

Golf course with the best, but also the hardest thing that Italy has to offer - uniquely beautiful. A cart is also mandatory for sporty golfers! A must for every golfer who loves Tuscany.

Eating very well in the gourmet restaurant, upscale but still suitable price range. Bar, pool bar and Osteria/Pizzeria overpriced in Castelfalfi, no alternatives in the surrounding area.

For non -English/Italian -speaking vacationers only to a limited extent (no German menus, no German service).

Your comment: The Hotel Castelconturbia was highly valued by all 8 participants. The staff was always very friendly and extremely helpful. Everyone was satisfied with the choice of golf courses. GC des Iles de Borrome does not quite correspond to the level of the other played places. Breakfast in the hotel was good, what was missing were fresh seasonal fruits such as apple, bananas, etc.; The dinner was always excellent, sufficient selection - what was missing were only salad variations.

I estimated the written travel documentation as a control instrument for a group of 8 people. The information before starting the trip was partially incorrect (list of the allusion times, emails to participants were not always on the same day, my original personal hotel voucher was not correct) - adequate control of all documents saves time. On the other hand, I was grateful for the spontaneous indication of the parking spaces at the restaurant in Arona and the extensive golf offer in Italy before we chose the region south of Lake Maggiore.

All in all, we spent a great week with the best hospitality! Thank you!

For once again I would book a DZ for individual use.

The 3 9-hole places of the GC Castelconturbia are very nice and the systems (Caddy-Master area, Driving-Range, Shop) are good and offer everything it needs.

GC Bogogno is also very nice places (2 x 18 hole), with a differentiated characteristics.

For the GC Golf of the Iles Borromées, golf carts are almost a must. On the day of the game we could only book this for half of our golf group (8 people). A clear (re) recommendation of Italia Golf Tours would have been desirable here.

Your comment: This assessment affects the Monasteri Borgo di Luce Golf Resort

Because of its secluded location in the middle of the golf area, this hotel is already something special - including the different buildings - with a view of orange groves, the pool area and the golf course. Particularly stylish the interior with art on the walls and type. Sicilian ceramics. The good Italian food is served here with a lot of personal commitment to the waiter. Only the dining room could be a little more comfortable. In contrast, the bar with wing chair and good music is perfect for the evening. But not only here you relax in a good atmosphere, but also on the terrace, equipped with colorful ceramictic, in the patio next to the Golfreeption or at breakfast in the basement. The rooms, on the other hand, are rather puritically furnished - without floral decorations etc.

The golf course has beautiful "corners" with cacti, argaves, olive and orange trees is not well maintained and sometimes confusing, since the front and back nines mix. Too bad, because you cannot recommend it on foot - at least the 1st time. A lot will change under the new leadership, then this destination is worth a trip.

The golf courses were unusual for us (especially those in the mountainous site) to play with a high fun factor.

The hotel room on a winery was very nice, with a wonderful view of the vineyards.

A very small point of criticism affects the "surprise menus" of which we had three in number. We would have liked to be able to choose ourselves (perhaps under alternative dishes), especially since the welcome and the final menu in the hotel were identical.

We would definitely book golf tours again.

Everything (hotel, golf courses and restaurants) was well selected and perfectly organized. The daily interaction -personally or via WhatsApp - was quick, flexible and reliable. All around carefree program. (You can publish this section); To the last restaurant (meat):

Positive: was really excellent and the best of the attended restaurants.

Negative: The more modest house wine (together with a Caramel Flan), the busy host then charged us with 110 euros. After a short discussion, we also gave him a good tip for the staff. They remember that we talked about the fact that I have basically suspect restaurants where wines are on the menu for several 100 euros. Here, at least for the behavior, it agreed. For your future customers, you would have to discuss this with the landlord.

Comment: Registration and confirmations about Italia Golf Tours always worked very well. Hotel and room in Villa Carolina very good. Breakfast rich and good. Comment: The organization of the hotel and the tea tea in the various places worked wonderfully. The information included was also a great help.

In my opinion, what you can't do anything about it is the lack of cooperation between and the golf club. Also that the bar will be closed from a certain point in time and if you arrive later the receptionist is unable to spend drinks because of "closed" cash register is very unfortunate.

We were eating 2 evenings. Once in the "Il Moro" and once "Il Campanile" in Ovada. Although less renowned than the hotel's restaurant, we liked it much better there.

Unfortunately, it rained on Thursday, so that we only drank a coffee on the Gavi square. Assume that the green fees are credited to us (Ms. Allgäuer) and that we can redeem them at the next opportunity.

I was happy to organize this trip for our group with you. They were enthusiastic about the landscape, the places, the food and of course the good wine. I am happy to give you their compliments for the organization.

Comment: We were golfing for a few days in Castelconturbia. The square (27 holes) was very well maintained, sometimes also demanding, with many water hazards that organized the start times excellently. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful, a small problem (missing voucher for green fairy in the travel documents) was immediately clarified without our intervention with the tour operator. The package also contained a green fairy for Bogogno, a scenic and extremely demanding place.

Overall, very nice golf days, very well organized by Italian golf tours, there was no complaint in any way. We would spend a few days in Castelconturbia at any time.

You worked out to us for a very nice week. 

I know where I talk about, I had to do with events myself.

The fairways and greens were in good conditions in all played places. (Despite the dry weather).

With the bunkers I would have wished for a little more sand everywhere. 

They were nothing special! 

Our base hotel in La Pinetetina was very good, friendly and helpful staff!

They had tried to explain the food in German with Italian and English terms and gestures. (was funny)

In Villa de Este we were not satisfied with the breakfast.

We were the first at 8.45 a.m., no staff, after 5 - 10 minutes a lady came and asked what would have to have breakfast, omlet, fried egg, and Ham & egs, that came after about 10 minutes but we had neither tea nor coffee. And bread and butter were not at the buffet either. Sausage cheese and jam were there. No fruits!

So that was nothing!

The dinner, however, was ok 

There were few guests.

Apartments were ok 

Helpful staff, (suitcase transport)

All places we have seen were in a well -playable condition.

The greenkeepers were also attentive and considerate when playing.

The price for a cart is too high on Villa de Este !!  

I even find it outrageous! 50 € is rip -off!

In Menaggio the price for a cart is also high! 25 € for 9 hole!

We played in the other places without Cart

We would like to thank you again for the organization of the golf week on Lake Garda. We both liked it very much and we had a great week.

In our view, the organization as a whole was good. Also the planned food. The best meal was probably that in the Franciacorta. Unfortunately, the previous aperitif at Massussi had already breastfed the hunger so far that the apetite was only behavior. And that with the very good and great dishes in the "de gaioncelli". Too bad was otherwise a highlight. We would therefore not suggest that such a rich aperitif would not have a larger dinner followed. Too bad about the food afterwards.

The Franciacorta golf course was ok, but not more. The golf courses on Lake Garda were better. Especially when you consider that the drought has left its mark.

The Chervo Golf Hotel is good so far. But what should be installed in the references to the hotel is the indication that the rooms are very dark with focus on the courtyard. (We spoke of a 'cave'). If you go on vacation, you also want to see something and if it is only a lot of light, we had changed the room and were completely satisfied afterwards. However, the first room did not correspond to what you imagined under a 4* hotel. Would be a crucial indication of the future to choose rooms with a view!

The problems when transporting with the trolleys was due to the bus driver. Too bad if this were considered negative.
