The Palazzo di Varignana is located in a 30 hectare private park, surrounded by the beautiful hills of Bologna, just 19 km from the city center.

The resort offers three restaurants, the Aurevo Pool Restaurant Am Pool with a fantastic view of Bologna, the Gourmet Restaurant Il Palazzo in the historic villa and "Le Marzoline", a traditional Italian trattoria. The Varsana Spa, 2500 m² wellness experience, divided into two areas: a traditional spa with indoor pool, whirlpool and saunas as well as the Ars Vivendi with Hammam and Japanese wellness rituals. In summer, the resort offers a total of five outdoor pools. A fitness center, tennis, paddle and squash sites as well as bicycles are available.
